Join Partners Steven Goodstadt, Michael McAlvin, and Ellen Vega, as they discuss the legal obligations of school districts when handling bullying and harassment complaints when they come in, in accordance with the Dignity for All Students Act and Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972.


In addition to discussing the legal obligations of these two statutes, Dr. Theresa Curry and Mr. James Crenshaw, school district administrators, will share the supports that are provided to students in situations involving bullying and harassment, as well as discuss the efforts school districts utilize to minimize bullying and harassment.
