school districts, our Firm will be hosting a Public Officers' Law Primer workshop at our

Hauppauge and Harrison offices. This interactive presentation will focus on the Freedom

of Information Law ("FOIL") and Open Meetings Law, providing an overview of the

legal requirements governing public access to records and meetings, discussing common

compliance challenges, and offering practical guidance for responding to FOIL requests

and navigating Open Meetings Law issues.
