Partner Ellen Vega will review Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and discuss how school districts are subject again to the 2020 Regulations instead of the 2024 Final Rule that had amended them and how this affects district’s anti-discrimination policies and practices and the processing of sex-based discrimination complaints as well as the impact of state level obligations that provide greater protections in this area of law.
