We’re pleased to share that two of our attorneys, Steven A. Goodstadt, Esq. and Emily J. Lucas, Esq., will be participating in an upcoming Judges Institute presentation on Thursday, January 8, 2026. During this presentation, the panel will examine how custody determinations can impact education-related decision-making for children, including school enrollment, pickups and drop-offs, special education issues, emergency contacts, and FERPA considerations.
