Attorney Emily A. Fallon has joined the Hauppauge office

Ingerman Smith LLP is pleased to announce that Emily A. Fallon has joined the firm’s Hauppauge office as an Associate.


Emily A. Fallon will concentrate her practice on Labor and Employment law matters in public school districts. She assists clients with all aspects of labor relations, including collective bargaining, contract interpretation, grievance arbitrations, and improper practice charge proceedings before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board.


While in law school, Ms. Fallon gained valuable experience at the federal level while serving as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorneyʼs Office and was the recipient of the Jonathan Falk Memorial Scholarship in recognition of her strong leadership skills and commitment to the practice of labor law.


Ms. Fallon earned her J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law.
