Ingerman Smith LLP Announces the Elevation of Ellen Vega to Partner

Ingerman Smith LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of Ellen Vega to partner, effective January 1, 2025.
Ellen Vega’s practice focuses on labor and employment law and education law. She provides guidance to employers on all aspects of employment policies and practices. This includes employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, employee disciplinary proceedings, investigations, and terminations. Ms. Vega represents employers in collective bargaining and contract negotiations, as well as in grievance arbitrations and matters before the Public Employment Relations Board. She also represents employers before courts and administrative agencies in cases involving allegations of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and other civil matters. Ms. Vega received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law where she served on the Law Review.
