Eric Marshall’s extensive experience in public and private sector labor, employment, and education law has been instrumental in delivering focused, goal-driven solutions for our clients. At Ingerman Smith, Eric continues to focus on labor and employment matters including collective bargaining, employee discipline, employment discrimination, and alternative dispute resolution. He joined the firm with more than twenty years of experience representing school, college, and municipal employees throughout New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
