Gabrielle Heffernan is an Associate whose practice focuses on education, labor, and employment law. She

advises school districts on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employee disciplinary proceedings under Education Law § 3020-a and Civil Service Law § 75, collective bargaining, grievances, workplace compliance, personnel management, and labor relations.

In addition to providing day-to-day counseling, Ms. Heffernan represents clients in various litigation and administrative proceedings. Before joining the firm, she practiced as a litigator and trial attorney in New York, representing public and private universities and other clients in complex litigation.
