Alex Noon is an Associate with the firm. Mr. Noon provides legal guidance and support to school districts on a wide variety of matters including general education matters and special education matters.

 

Prior to joining Ingerman Smith LLP, Mr. Noon represented parents of children with disabilities in obtaining special education and related services from school districts under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (“IDEA”). In that role, he represented clients throughout all stages of the impartial hearing process and provided guidance to clients concerning IEP  meetings.

 

Mr. Noon also served as a law clerk for an Impartial Hearing Officer while in law school where he supported the Hearing Officer in adjudicating disputes between parents of students with disabilities and school districts.
