Christopher Gavin is an Associate with the Firm, focusing his practice on labor, student and employee discipline, special education, and litigation. He brings a dedicated approach to navigating the legal complexities faced by clients in these areas.
Before joining Ingerman Smith, Mr. Gavin worked with both private and in-house law firms, concentrating on all aspects of insurance defense litigation. His experience includes successfully litigating cases from their outset through trial, notably securing a defense verdict in a high-exposure personal injury lawsuit.
Mr. Gavin maintains an active interest in researching novel issues of law that emerge within the educational landscape. He is committed to ensuring clients are well-informed, enabling them to make sound decisions throughout all stages of litigation.
