Emily A. Fallon is an attorney whose practice focuses on Labor and Employment law matters in public school districts. She assists clients with all aspects of labor relations, including collective bargaining, contract interpretation, grievance arbitrations, and improper practice charge proceedings before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board.

Emily routinely conducts both general fact-finding investigations and investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also advises school districts on the employee discipline process and disciplinary proceedings pursuant to both Education Law § 3020 a and Civil Service Law § 75.

While in law school, Emily gained valuable experience at the federal level while serving as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorneyʼs Office and was the recipient of the Jonathan Falk Memorial Scholarship in recognition of her strong leadership skills and commitment to the practice of labor law.
