Antonia Hamblin is a partner at the Firm, where she brings a wealth of experience in education law, commercial law, construction law, real property law, labor law and public sector legal matters.  She has built a distinguished career advising school districts, municipalities, and private entities on complex legal issues including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, policy development, and dispute resolution.  With a strong focus on construction, municipal, commercial, real estate, public finance and energy law, she provides strategic guidance on infrastructure and other capital improvement projects, government contracts, procurement and financial transactions.  Her ability to navigate the intricate legal landscape of public and private sector operations makes her a trusted advisor to clients facing high stakes challenges.  

As a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, Ms. Hamblin was a member of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal, where she served as an Associate Editor.  She is also a member of the Kennedy Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Mu-Pi Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. 

Ms. Hamblin has a strong background in construction and commercial law and maintains a continued interest in labor and employment matters.  She handles complex commercial and construction litigation, provides counsel on competitive bidding, intermunicipal cooperative agreement, public sector construction matters, and advises clients on alternative dispute resolution strategies.  Ms. Hamblin also negotiates real estate transactions and handles real property-related litigation.
