Regina Spencer initially joined the Firm in 2008, where she focused her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law and general education law.

 

In 2015, Ms. Spencer left the firm to work in higher education administration as a Director of Labor Relations and to practice law independently. In her private practice, she represented school districts as special counsel, private corporations, individual employees, and students. She also served as a hearing officer for municipalities, presiding over disciplinary and other proceedings.

 

Since rejoining the Firm as Counsel in 2021, Ms. Spencer has returned to managing employment and labor relations matters. She counsels and represents municipalities in collective bargaining and contract negotiations, labor-relations disputes, grievance proceedings, disciplinary proceedings, general education law matters, special education law matters, and related litigation.
