The Firm mourns the loss of our partner, Daniel Greenberg. Mr. Greenberg had been engaged in the practice of law for over fifty years and, in particular, as trial counsel in state and federal courts and administrative agencies during his career. He was a former Assistant District Attorney and former Justice of the Peace. During his tenure with the Firm, Mr. Greenberg participated in all aspects of representation of our school and municipal clients, including litigation before the courts, administrative agencies and in labor negotiations. He had vast experience in real estate matters.
Mr. Greenberg was a former member of the panel of arbitrators for the Eastern District Federal District Court, and former arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Greenberg was a former Director of the Suffolk County Bar Association, a former adjunct professor at the New York Institute of Technology and a former member of the 10th Judicial District Grievance Committee. During the period from 1951-1953, Mr. Greenberg served in the United States Army.
The Firm's partners will miss Mr. Greenberg's friendship and wisdom.
