Ms. Sadowski’s area of concentration has been the commercial aspects of school district representation. Ms. Sadowski leads our Commercial and School Construction Department. In the course of her work in construction law, she provides assistance to school district clients through all stages of construction projects, from the issuance of requests for proposals to architects and other design professionals to the drafting of contracts and the completion of construction projects. In addition, she provides significant legal advice and counsel to our clients in all other aspects of commercial law that have a daily impact upon the functioning of a school district including public bidding issues, review of business agreements and review of contracts for computer services. She regularly provides advice and counsel concerning the financial operations of a school district. Ms. Sadowski is a frequent speaker on construction, purchasing and financial issues.
Ms. Sadowski is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Westchester County Bar Association.
